Simple Steps To Enjoy Your Room
1. Submit a price quote form available . Please note that you never need to hand over your credit card details to us.
2. We will hunt for Your Room and contact you within 24 hours if we could get you Your Room at your quoted price, together with the details of Your Room for final confirmation.
3. Once you agree with our proposed reservation details, we will then proceed with the reservation for Your Room with your details by using our credit card (You could change the card details on the hotel official website once your reservation is ready at Your Rate). Alternatively, if you prefer, you could make the reservation on the hotel official website and pass the reservation number to us (we will give you clear instruction on it), then we will negotiate the price with the hotel and get your rate adjusted.
4. After your reservation has been confirmed by the hotel, we will then send you the reservation number provided by the hotel which you could view your reservation on their official website or you could contact the hotel directly to check for your reservation details.
5. Cancellation policy of your reservation is subjected to the hotel cancellation policy.
6. You only need to pay the rate quoted on your itinerary to the hotel upon check-out.
7. Fee to be paid to us after your stay = Your quoted price - Rate stated on your itinerary
